   In the workshop, Chairman Yao learned about our core technology products such as industrial CT/3D X-Ray testing equipment, high-speed X-Ray testing equipment for lithium batteries, and intelligent BGA chip repair equipment in detail. It is understood that these technologically advanced equipment are widely used in electronic manufacturing, 3C products, new energy vehicles, lithium batteries, industrial precision castings and semiconductors and other high-tech fields. KAIYUN Technology relies on industry-university-research cooperation with top universities and research institutions such as Tsinghua University and Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute, and builds a solid scientific research foundation.
